About Aul Construction

Aul Construction is a trusted pole barn, barndominium, and post-frame construction company serving Springville, New York, and communities throughout Western New York. Owner Derek Aul brings hands-on construction experience, dependable service, and a strong work ethic to every residential, agricultural, and commercial building project.

He is joined by his partner, Mark Aul, who has worked in the construction industry since 1998 with William Heim Construction. Together, Derek and Mark guide clients through each stage of the building process, from initial planning and site preparation to construction and completion.

We believe every successful post-frame building begins with honest guidance, careful planning, quality materials, and skilled craftsmanship. Our goal is to build durable, functional structures that meet each client’s needs, complement their property, and provide lasting value.
